Baihui Yandu Food Co., Ltd. is situated in Chaoyang Economic-technological Development Zone, and it enjoys superior geological location and convenient traffic. The company has moved into the zone for six years. Over these years, it has already developed into a key meat processing business thanks to the guidance and support from the Development Zone Administrative Commission, the Party Committee, and governments of all levels.

    Founded in 1986, it now becomes a modern enterprise integrating slaughtering of live pigs, meat processing, new product development and after-sales service into a whole, with its strong technical force, advanced production equipment and a strict quality assurance system. The factory covers a land area of 47,000 square meters; its fixed assets amounts to over 65 million yuan; its refrigerated storage amount reaches 3,000 tons. The company currently has two production lines: one can intensively process 40,000 tons of cooked food, including more than 300 varieties of six categories each year; and another can slaughter and split 500,000 live pigs to produce Baihui Yandu cold fresh meat annually. In 2006, the sales volume amounted to 30,000 tons, with production value of 230 million yuan and sales income of 220 million yuan. In 2007, the sales volume reached 40,000 tons with production value of 380 million yuan. By estimate, the production value of 2008 will hit 500 million yuan.

    The company has set up many departments and offices, such as Financial Dept., Supply Dept., Marketing Dept., Human Resources Dept., Quality Inspection Dept., Research and Development Dept., Repair and Maintenance Dept., Security Dept., Offices, Logistics Dept. Besides, the company has also set up General Party Branch, the Youth League Committee, the Labor Union and other Party organizations. Moreover, the company employs more than 1,000 high-quality young workers, including more than 200 managerial staff and technical staff with senior technical titles. Since its establishment, the company keeps strengthening its management, and gradually improves various systems to develop in large scale.

    Our sausage and ham were rated as “Liaoning Famous Products” and “Liaoning Quality Reliable Food” in 2002. In 2006, its boiled products in spices were entitled to “Liaoning Famous Trademark,” “Liaoning Consumer Reliable and Satisfactory Products,” “Consumer Trustworthy Products,” and other honorable titles successively. The trademark was recognized as “Liaoning Famous Trademark” by Liaoning Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce and our company “Chaoyang Advanced Enterprise,” “Spark Plan Champion Enterprise” and “Liaoning Advanced Champion Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization.” All these honors laid a solid foundation for the rapid growth of our company.

    The company introduced leading high-temperature sterilizers, advanced testing device and professional testing staff to inspect each procedure from purchasing to processing, entry to storehouse and till before delivery to guarantee the safety and quality of our products. Duties are in charged by specific people. Working lists and production forms are required to be filled for each procedure. Meanwhile, the company installed monitoring facilities in key workshops, departments and districts, so as to supervise the overall process and try to be 100% up to standard. In August 2003, our company passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and QS in 2004. We are working on the certification of HACCP. All of these ensure steady and sustainable product supplies.

    In order to further ensure products’ high quality, the company established its own R&D center, auxiliary R&D room, lab and testing room of new product and new technology and a complete system of instrument operation norm. Besides, it is able to self-inspect and self-test the quality of its products.

    Based on the business philosophy of “development speaks loud,” and in line with the strategic principle of “strengthening the market in Liaoning, enlarging the North China market, developing the nationwide market and preparing for the international market,” the company established a complete sales system. More than 300 dealers cover more than 20 provinces, cities and municipalities, such as Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Hohhot, Beijing, Tianjin, Fujian and Xinjiang.
