　　The Company has five affiliated enterprises and three bases which forms a complete industry chain of organic food, specially produced concentrated fruit juice, fast-frozen and frozen and dry fruits and vegetables, and raising, R&D, production, processing, sale of young plant of organic food raw material.

　　The headquarter of Xi'an Tianren Modern Organic Agriculture Co., Ltd. is located in Xi'an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone with its planting and processing base in Zhouzhi Country, Home of Kivi Fruit in China. It has the only kivi fruit standard planting base in China , Qinmei Fazenda?Qinmei Fazenda. consists of one central fazenda of ten thousand mu and twenty subsidiary fazendas. The total area of it is two hundred mu and it is the place of origin of non-harm kivi fruit fresh fruit and series deep processing products. Qinmei Fazenda. is the biggest kivi fruit research and training center in China , the biggest kivi fruit planting base in Asia with annual output of fresh fruits of about two hundred tons. It has 150 mu of kivi fruit planting resources garden, and keeps 68 kivi fruit seeds resources. 　　Jingyang production base of Shaanxi Tianren Organic Food Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in Shaanxi province engaged in the processing, storing and sale of fruit products and vegetables. The vegetable demonstration base in Jingyang County includes regular and seasonal vegetable bases, altogether more than 10,800 mu. Besides, it has more than 12,000 mu of more than 1,000 households of farmers contracted. Their production is all standard. In addition, the base also carry out the production and sale of concentrated fruit juice, fruit juice beverage and packaging material of fruit wine, training service of fruit juice production technology. The Company produced .Lvshi brand series specially produced concentrated fruit juice, fast-frozen and frozen and dry fruits and vegetables series products altogether has three types and twelve kinds. Among them, concentrated pear juice is evaluated as the brand products in Shaanxi Province . Its products are sold far to U.S. , Canada , Israel , Japan , South Korea , and Australia , etc.

　　The third base, Tianren Organic Food wild fruits and vegetable demonstration base, is under construction. It is located in Meixian County of Baoji, which is in the west of Guanzhong Plain. It occupies an area of 50,000 mu. Meixian County is rich in its natural resources. The water and temperature is moderate, suitable for the growth of all kinds of fruit trees. The base is built in the depth of virgin forest, has no pollution, and is pure wild. More then ten thousand tons of wild fruits and vegetables can be picked up annually in the demonstration base.
