Yantai North Andre  Juice Co., Ltd. was established in 1996. At present, the company steps into large-sized, industrialized and internationalized development orbit. Nowadays the company has set up 6 modern concentrated juice processing bases in Shandong, Shaanxi, Jiangsu and Liaoning of China, possesses 9 processing and production lines with world advanced level, with total investment up to RMB 1.5 billion, designed annual processing fruit products of1.6 million tons and annual concentrated juice 200 thousand tons, and the processing capacity and production scale are in the world top place. The company has set up branches and offices in China Hong Kong, US Los Angeles, Canada Vancouver and UK BVI Islands. In April 2003, the company was successfully listing in Hong Kong Business Establishment Version H Stock, and now has expanded to a modern joint-stock enterprise group integrating R & D, production and trade, certified by Shandong Province as the major leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization.

    The company invested more than RMB 20 million to have established a world advanced sci-tech R & D Center, which was listed by Shandong Province as provincial engineering technological R & D Center. The company has successively undertaken the state Key Task Program in Scientific and Technological Research during the "10th Five-Year Plan"and UN UNDP Program, and has gained multiple scientific research results in high Concentrate Natural Apple Essence Extraction Technology and "apple Clear Juice Secondary Sedimentation Removal Technology",etc., and passed national and provincial expert appraisal, applied for 7 national patents, certified by Shandong Province as new and high-tech enterprise. In 2004, the company was determined as the unit to continue to undertake the state Key Task Rolling Program in Scientific and Technological Research during the "10th Five-Year Plan" by the state Ministry of Science and Technology.

    The company has successively passed ISO9000 Quality System and HACCP Certification; passed US FDA, Europe SGF, KOSHER and US FPA Certification. The company has been equipped with international first class quality test equipment, and has established cooperative relationship with US national food lab to have advanced the quality control of company to enter the world. At present, over 95% products of the company are exported to US, Canada, Germany, France, Russia, Japan, Korea and Australia, etc., and signed Supply Contracts with many famous companies at home and abroad, with export volume in the top among the same trade in China. In 2005, concentrated apple Clear Juice was honored as the title of  "China's Famous Brand".

    The company devotes to the construction of peracid apple base, on the basis of successful introduction of thousand mu peracid apples in Yantai, Shandong, China, and establishes 400 thousand mu peracid apple bases in Shandong, Shaanxi and Jiangsu, and has formed an industrialized development system suitable to China's situation. In May 2005, the company cooperated with international financial companies, and first introduced EUREPGAP Certification System in concentrated fruit juice enterprises of China. With abundant marc resources of company, the company invested USD 90 million in 2005, and firstly built the biggest pectin processing base in Asia. In 2006, the first production line was put into production, with annual pectin output up to 3000 tons; by 2007, after the second production line is put into production, the pectin output will reach 6000 tons, which have made the company form the circulating industry chain from apple planting, juice processing to pectin extraction from pomace and realize the strategic transform from sized and industrialized development to sustainable development.
