Specialized and scientific breeding for improved variety

With the technical support of Livestock Research Institute under China Academy of Agricultural Science, China Agricultural University and Northwest Agricultural & Forest University, the improved variety breeding center of Kingbull makes the international fine beef cattle hybridize with the improved variety of Qinchuan cattle and breeds the new beef cattle with fine quality. The new bull bred not only keeps the huge body, tender quality and delicious flavor of Qinchuan cattle, and eliminates the shortage of undeveloped body and slow growth to improve the ratio of animal meat, but also increases the fattiness aggradation of Qinchuan cattle to be the deep marble and tender meat, and fully improves the quality of beef as well as forms the new Qinchuan beef cattle with the fine quality. The beef of Qinchuan cattle contains 28 kinds of aminophenol such as the alanine and glycin, and more than 10 kinds of trace element such as potassium, magnesium, cuprum and zinc, etc. The abundant protein and calcium, especially the combination of aminophenol and the protein is close to human’s body, which could be absorbed easily with delicious taste. The meat products of Qinchuan cattle can be matched with that of foreign fine beef cattle.

• Large-scale bull raising cooperation unit

Eight hundred mile Qinchuan plain is covered with the serried plants. The dense vegetation and flourishing grass are suitable for farming as well as the livestock where the Qinchuan cattles are bred naturally. Kingbull makes use of the resource advantage to establish the basic cow and bull raising cooperation unit, for each of which one technical service station is prepared to extend the improved variety, prevent the disease and supply the technical service as the uniform standard of Kingbull and establish the file for every bull in the cooperation unit. The bull raising cooperation unit is estimated for 350 in Shaanxi Province and the number of bull bred in the cooperation unit is up to 500000.

• Standardized feedlot

Kingbull has constructed more than 80 standardized feedlots, 300 to 1000 bulls in each feedlot in Shaanxi Province and the total number of bull has been up to 30000. Kingbull has established the “Kingbull Detailed Implementation Procedure for Standardized Feedlot” to carry out the uniformed and standardized management from construction of cowshed, purchase of the bull, feedstuff proportion in each breeding state and periodical epidemic prevention, so as to ensure the high quality of Qinchuan beef cattle.

• International leading German slaughtering production line

Kingbull has a set of international leading modernized production line from slaughtering to chilling and from segmenting to refrigeration. Each process is carried out under the specialized and sterile advanced equipment to ensure the tender, nutrient and safe beef. The closed production and the synchronous sterilization for each part during slaughtering are adopted, the sanitation inspection is carried out synchronously for body and bowels of bull in the slaughtering line, which can ensure the safety and quality of the product fundamentally.

• Hygeian and safe sealed and pollution free workshop under constant low temperature

The workshops of Kingbull are under the constant low temperature. The operators go to the workshop wearing the sterilized clothes, caps and shoes. All the products are accurately made as the Europe and America standard, the semi-finished products are stored for quick refrigeration under -40 ℃ and the finished products are stored in the finished product warehouse under -18 ℃. The products made under the full close, pollution free and constant low temperature comply with the standard for exporting to EU.

• Domestic advancing chilling storeroom for 1200 herds of beef cattle wholly

Under the certain temperature and given humidity, the scientific chilling time can be made as the customers’ different requirements for the quality of beef. The improved beef has tender taste and the vitamin B12 and mineral contained in the beef are easily absorbed by human body. More than 100 hundred of fresh, refrigerated and cooked products made of beef can be produced according to customers’ different requirements.

• Strict and advanced farm-table CBTS whole process quality tracing system
Kingbull is the first unit to implement the whole process beef cattle quality safety tracing system “State 948 Project” from the farm to table. Under the instruction of experts from China Agricultural University and French experts, a full set of beef quality safety tracing system (CBTS) connecting with international standard has been established. Every bull bred in Kingbull has a electronic ear mark when it was born. The electronic ear mark records the whole links from birth, breeding (in breeding cooperation base), fatting( in feedlot), processing (in processing workshop) to the market to ensure the safety of beef products, from which the customer also can check the growth chain from the CBTS for some piece of beef even the parents of the bull. Thus, they can enjoy the delicious beef without any worry and the safety performance of the Kingbull beef products will be ranked on the top position among the same field.
