The largest hospitality industry expo – The 21st Shanghai International Hospitality Equipment & Supply Expo will be held from 9 to 12 April 2012 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo integrated HDD (Hotelex+Design & Deco China) provides resources for catering shops, food, coffee and tea shops, design, building materials, decoration, cleaning, lighting and hotel furniture. Hotelex Shanghai is an expo which has 350,000 sqm of exhibition area, with 3,000 exhibitors and 100,000 professional visitors.
With the rapid development of hospitality industry, as the leading exhibition ‘Hotelex Shanghai’ showcases catering equipment and catering equipment integration, dishwasher, refrigeration, catering accessory equipment, bakery equipment (food processing), buffet equipment and tableware in 20,000 exhibition areas. This year, Hotelex Shanghai launched a new concept “International Premium” which consists of kitchen equipment and tableware in Hall E1 and E3. “International Premium” targets buyers for exhibitors and permits on-site purchasing, translation, Wi-Fi, tea-break service and invite professional media for interviewing and publicity. “21st century future kitchen” and “Tableware Show” are an important part of International Premium. International Premium attracted nearly 30 exhibitors from USA, Spain, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, France, China and Hong Kong. Leading brands and enterprises from “International Premium” will provide environmentally friendly products for hotels, restaurants, clubs and distributors.
